Returning is simple. Just follow these three steps:

2. Receive your return label — Within 1 business day we'll send you a free return label by email.
3. Drop off your parcel — Bring your parcel to a nearby DHL point. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund or exchange.
