After shipment, the average delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country and the local carrier.

During busy periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. We always do our very best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to follow the status and progress of your delivery at any time.

Free Shipping

All GymBabes orders are shipped free of charge.

There are no shipping costs charged at checkout, regardless of the value of your order or the destination country.

Free shipping is included as standard with every order.

Delivery Issues

Have you not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe? Please contact our customer service team at info@gym-babes.com so we can investigate this for you as quickly as possible.

Always carefully check that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. GymBabes is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly entered or invalid addresses.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability.

No additional shipping costs will ever be charged for this. Each shipment will receive its own tracking code.

International Shipping

GymBabes ships worldwide.

International orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and the local carrier.

Free shipping also applies to all international orders.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders shipped outside applicable customs territories, import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

GymBabes has no control over these charges, as customs and import regulations vary by country.

During promotional periods, product launches, or holidays, order processing and delivery may temporarily take a little longer due to increased demand.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping the order may be charged to the customer.
